guess what's outside my window right now... give up?... THE PACIFIC OCEAN!!!! omg i double dog dare you to try to find a happier girl in the world right now. hint: not possible, so don't waste your time. even though i'm so happy, it's kinda bittersweet. i coulda sworn we were just in morocco, trying not to get sold into the sex trade and gearing up for ghana. now all of a sudden we're done and only have 5 days left in port?! totally outrageous. can't wait to get home... but don't want this to be over yet. i think the saddest person on the ship is my friend jocelyne who's one of the dependent children on the ship. she's an 8th grader and keeps emailing me that she doesn't want it to be over cus she doesn't want to leave her new friends. so depressing.

anyways, got wayyy too much time on the ship here coming up. i think we have like 26 days left on the voyage and only 5 of those days are in port... with only 2 more nights in port. such a buzz kill. that's WAY too much time on this ship. and i have way too much homework to do. too many papers, to the point that i don't even know where to get started. such a strugglefest.

and this is supposed to be the rockiest part of the voyage. we moved a ton yesterday and the day before... but today wasn't too bad. but i figure, if i'm in the pacific, it's fine by me. we moved our clocks forward last night... so that's now 18 hours ahead of home. getting difficult to calculate what time it is at home. oh well.

alright well i'm gonna go watch a documentary up in the union. someone go to the beach and wave... i'll wave back. so romantic, right?
